Is the refrigerated ? Or can hot sauce be left out at room temp. Most bottles I’ve seen need to be in refrigerator after open. I’m also just asking if any answers. Thanks

This is actually brilliant. I have similarly deep pantries and use a lazy Susan but reaching the middle of the lazy Susan is difficult.
